Job Summary:
The Admission Officer will be responsible for student enrollment by executing global strategic outreach to students (B2C) and education partners (B2B). This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with experience in networking, lead generation, relationship management, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
B2C (Student-Focused) Activities:
- Conduct school and college visits to promote Dubai-based programs.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, career events, webinars, and info sessions.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Generate, track, and convert leads from various online and offline sources
B2B (Partner-Focused) Activities:
- Identify, onboard, and build relationships with education consultants, school counselors, and agency networks across the globe
- Train partners on the institution’s offerings, admission process, scholarships, and selling points.
- Support agents in student counseling and conversion strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with monthly/quarterly targets.
- Resolve operational issues and provide ongoing support to partners.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies tailored for the global market.
- Maintain a CRM to manage leads, conversions, and partner interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment status, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed student enrollment targets.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field).
- A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B student recruitment
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across regions.
