Certification Courses Refund Policy

Training courses offered by Vibe Education are NOT eligible for refund and cancellation. We may approve the transfer request provided the student meets the following requirements:

  • Students must notify us in writing within 24-hours of placing your order. Please send email to info@vibeedu.com with details of the enrolled course.
  • Student may opt to transfer the paid amount for other courses offered by Vibe Education with following conditions,
  • All Transfer requests must be made within 24-Hours of joining the course and only if the student has not yet started the course.
  • If you meet the above requirements, you may transfer to a course of equal or lesser value. Any excess tuition difference will not be refunded for courses. Transfers to a class costing more must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.
  • If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the student has started their training course, your tuition is NON-Transferable.
  • Training courses fees paid by the student cannot be transferred to another student.

UK Diploma Courses Refund Policy

Introduction
This policy emphasizes that learners should consider withdrawal as a last resort and encourages them to explore alternative options before making that decision.

Reasons for Withdrawal
• Learners may decide or be required to withdraw from their academic program and the institute for various reasons, including:
1. Learner’s voluntary withdrawal
2. Academic failure
3. Expulsion due to disciplinary actions, criminal convictions, or academic misconduct
4. Withdrawal due to fitness to study/practice processes
5. Non-compliance with institute regulations (e.g., non-payment of fees)
6. Failure to attend the program
7. Failure to arrive for study

Support and Guidance
• All learners contemplating withdrawal should seek academic advice and learner guidance from their Coordinators to explore alternatives before deciding to withdraw.

Withdrawal Process
• If, after seeking advice, the learner decides to proceed with withdrawal, they should complete a cancellation of registration or withdrawal form and provide reasons for their decision.

International Learners
• International learners studying on a learner’s visa should be aware that their visa sponsorship will be canceled and visa fee will not be refunded, and their withdrawal will be reported to the
Immigration office.

Access Restrictions
• After a learner has been withdrawn from the institute, they will typically lose access to systems and will not be permitted to submit coursework or sit exams/assessments.

Refund of Fees
• A learner who withdraws their registration is entitled to a refund of fees paid except for registration and entrance fees.
• Learners who have paid their tuition fee and withdrawn are entitled to a refund of their fees, excluding entrance, visa and registration fees, according to the following schedule:
• Three weeks before the start of classes: 80%
• Two week before the start of classes: 60%
• After starting the classes (for all cases except special cases mentioned below): 0%
• After starting the classes – reaching up to orientation/one session (for special cases,
*critical illness/medical fitness failure): 20%

Refund Time Lines
• To request a refund of tuition fees, the application must be received within one month of the withdrawal date on which the unit was, or was to be, undertaken.
• The application will be considered by the Manager, and the applicant will be notified of the decision within 45 days of receipt of the application.
• An application to review an original decision must be received in writing within 20 days of the applicant receiving notice of the original decision and must state the reasons for applying for a review.
• The Institute Manager will review the original decision and inform the applicant in writing of the decision and the reasons for making the decision within 45 days of receiving the application for review of the original decision.
