About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (B2C) to promote our training and academic programs directly to students and parents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the drive to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admissions, and scholarships.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads from walk-ins, calls, and online platforms.
- Meet and exceed monthly student enrollment targets.
- Participate in education fairs, info sessions, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
