Trainer Terms and Conditions
- Trainers must maintain a professional relationship with students at all times. Sharing personal contact details or engaging in non-academic communication is prohibited.
- Trainers must adhere to the institution’s curriculum, policies, quality standards, and code of conduct at all times.
- Class schedules, venues, delivery modes, or course content may be adjusted by the institution as needed. Trainers must comply with such changes.
- Trainers must be punctual and attend all assigned sessions. Any absence, delay, or schedule conflict must be reported to administration in advance for approval.
- Trainers are responsible for effective content delivery, fair assessments, timely grading, and supporting students to meet learning outcomes.
- All course materials, presentations, recordings, and content created or used remain the intellectual property of the institution and may not be shared, copied, recorded, or distributed without written authorization.
- Trainers must maintain a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or disruption will result in disciplinary action or termination of engagement.
- Trainers must not solicit or accept gifts, payments, or favors from students under any circumstances.
- Use of mobile phones or electronic devices during class is restricted to academic or operational purposes approved by the institution.
- Trainers must cooperate with administrative and academic staff on attendance tracking, assessments, reporting, certification requirements, and KHDA documentation.
- The institution is not liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises or at training venues.
- Trainers must safeguard student data and confidential information and use it only for authorized academic purposes.
- The institution may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Participation implies consent unless the trainer submits a written objection in advance.
- All training activities must comply with KHDA regulations and the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes or grievances will be handled according to the institution’s internal policies and UAE law.
- Remuneration, payment terms, cancellations, and make-up sessions will follow the trainer’s engagement agreement and institutional policies.
- Safety, health, and facility rules must be followed at all times, including emergency procedures and venue-specific guidelines.
- Conflicts of interest must be disclosed to the institution. Trainers may not promote competing services to students.
- Breaches of these terms may result in warnings, suspension, non-payment for affected sessions, or termination of engagement.
- By accepting a training assignment, the trainer acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
